Dal Makhani Mix 75 gms
Milk 1/2 cup, Tomato puree 50 gms,
Boiled Rajma and Black Udad Dal 100 gms each, Coriander leaves – 2 tsp
Green chillies – 2 chopped, Fresh cream for decoration, Oil 2 tablespoons (tbsp),
Butter 2 tbsp
Note: If using it for less than 8 persons, then other ingredients should be reduced proportionately
Heat oil and butter in a pan and add green chillies, tomato puree and coriander leaves and cook till the oil separates. Mix the Dal Makhani mixture in Milk and add it to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes till the oil separates. Add the boiled Rajma and Urad Dal and mash a little. Cook for another 5 to 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh cream and coriander and serve.
